Return & Exchange Policy
At Ecoora, we strive to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to assist with your return requests under the following terms and conditions.
Return Requests and Claims

All return requests must be lodged within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Return and refund requests must be sent via email to admin@ecoora.com.au as outlined below.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted by our warehouse, and no credit or refund will be processed.
Change of Mind Policy
Unfortunately, Change of Mind returns are not accepted. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product has been damaged due to our fault.

You have received an incorrect product.
Each return request will be assessed individually, and approval is at our sole discretion.
Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the product(s) must meet the following conditions:

Be in brand new, re-sellable condition.

Returned in original packaging (both internal and external).

Be in unmarked and unused condition.

Unassembled or in the exact state of assembly as originally delivered.

Include all accessories and parts.

How to Lodge a Return Request
To initiate a return for damaged or incorrect products, please email admin@ecoora.com.au with the following details:

Your company name and customer’s name.

Invoice number (please attach the invoice, if available).

Product code or SKU of the affected item.

A photo of the damage or discrepancy, clearly showing the issue.

A description of the fault and what you request as a resolution.
If your return is approved, we will notify you of the return address via email.
Packaging Instructions for Returns
Returned products must be:

Packaged securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and parts.

Unassembled or in their original state to prevent further damage during transit.
Return Charges
Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable, to avoid upfront costs.
